Mes objectifs sont (i) d’étudier le rôle de la biodiversité fonctionnelle de la macrofaune sur le fonctionnement des sédiments et des sols et les effets directs (bioturbation) et indirects (i.e. via les communautés microbiennes) sur le devenir de la matière organique naturelle et anthropique et (2) d’étudier les changements de structure et de fonctionnement des populations/communautés affectées par les apports anthropiques. Mes travaux sont réalisés selon une approche interdisciplinaire impliquant des développements conceptuels, expérimentaux et numériques et favorisent les collaborations avec des collègues français et étrangers.
